Gay Marriage

The video runs 13:05 (min:sec) and includes 4 clips from February, July, and November 2004. The first clip was taped from PBS NOW and shows US Senators commenting on gay marriage in a debate on a proposed marriage amendment endorsing traditional marriage. The second clip was taped from CNN Wolf Blitzer and it shows a scholarly debate between Alan Dershowitz (liberal) and Ken Starr (conservative) on the proposed marriage amendment and on states rights. The third clip was taped from PBS McLaughlin Group and is an analysis of how Bush used the gay marriage issue to his advantage in the 2004 election, and the last clip is an interview with Sandy Rios, president of Concerned Women for America, on her opposition to gay marriage on Bill Maher's HBO Real Time.
