hey fury. How often would recommend doing this because I feel strain on my knees which suggests to me that it can really negatively wear out your knees.
I'm trying to find some ways to strengthen my hip flexors for kicks.

thats pretty good. almost lost your balance a couple times eh? one of the toughest moves in the exercise room performed like a champ. i wonder why he didnt show the inverted leg-press version. its something you can only do if you own your gym. you put the rowing machine 90° to your leg press and stand on your head, while maintaining balance, you perform the same move inverted. i cant seem to find it on youtube.

Are you just talking shit now, I know we do some impractical stuff here and there, but like we're going to stand on our heads and do that move on a vertical leg press.
