After Merlin and Gwen leave then Elyan, Leon, Gawain, Percival, even Gaius should leave this spoiled, selfish, self-centered, self-absorbed, immature, and cantankerous Prince Prat on his own to run his kingdom. He was being his usual self: throwing baby tantrums when someone shove the truth into his face. Why does Gwen even bother with this mere "boy"? Until Arthur becomes a REAL, GENUINE man then she can "think" about giving him her time to listen to him!

@doctorsam000 I agree. Actually I think that both Merlin and Gwen should say goodbye for a while to this spoiled baby king and waiting for him to learn how to actually deserve friendship, affection and love. As for Gwen, in this episode she goes beyond any decency in her worship of Arthur.

For once in her life, can't Gwen stop pining for a bastard who is not worth anything? He believed the worst of her without questioning why she acted in the manner she did when it's completely out of her character to do so! How could Prince Prat think she'd "betrayed" him when she could have had a million chance of doing that during the year she and Lance were in Camelot and no impropriety existed between them other than friendship?

Couldn't disagree more! She ought to leave him for good and find someone who truly loves her and will never hurt her like this royal prat does! Then when his royal arrogance learns the truth it'll be too late because she'll never want anything to do with him! It's goodbye forever! She can then gift-wrap him and pack him off to any princess as stale, ineffective, and used cargo!
