Watch a short clip of some big cats showing their wild side. The title seems like common sense for some...but you would never believe the amount of exotic cats owned by private individuals here in the US. Help us end the trade at CatLaws.com Carole Baskin

  • @BigCatRescue I think cougars would make a good pet, don't you think ?

  • @nasermeter No, the simple fact is no wild species of cat makes a good "pet" no matter what you do to try and tame them they will still have their wild instincts and always be unpredictable and dangerous, no matter how well you think you know them or how much you love them.

  • @BigCatRescue how do I apply for this job? by the way I'm being serious

  • @nasermeter We are always looking for good volunteers/Interns. Please visit our website BigCatRescue*org for more info about these opportunities :)

  • Titling in the video comes out muddy at the submitted resolution/compression chosen. May I suggest redoing the text in the video for resubmission to youtube? I know RED is being used because the video is about a warning... maybe orange for the captions with each big cat and red text on yellow background at the end? (yellow is pretty commonly used for CAUTION, so it could be considered relevant).

  • @ghostbuild It's a very old video, good suggestions for future videos though, thanks :)

  • so would it be considered a pet if you had them in big rezerves but they where gated to protect aginst others

  • @imtheuser12345 Size has nothing to do with it. However cougars are generally friendlier, and are not endangered so they can be fixed. Either way you still need a big cat trainer to work with you and the cat to teach you both how to interact with each other.

  • The phrase "domestic cat" is an oxymoron. Someone who keeps wild cats as pets is just a plain moron.

  • @TheSolaceDream Thats what wild life reserves are for.

  • i wish i had a big cat haha but not that big cat

  • @BigCatRescue But what if I live in Latin America?

  • @FlashMob22 thats for an entirely different reason called protection from poacher and to save the m from extinction you idiot.
