  • ElevenColors. How did you get the PiP to follow your head? do you have to have the full version of 6? I only have the basic version that came with my PC. Do I have to upgrade to be able to get thie effect?

  • Just lots of manual mucking about and tweaking of all the markers along the path of motion. In the motion editor, you can add and delete markers along any path you've selected from the left and applied to the right. After you've added a marker to the path, you can move the marker around and the path will reform accordingly.

I'm using the word "marker" only because I'm too lazy to look for the manual and see what it's actually called. ;-)

  • I have a couple of question sir.

I'm about to download Cyberlink PowerDirector. But When I watched your video I become confused.

    1) Which is Better 6 or 7?

    2) What is the difference between Powerdirector and cyberlink Youcam?

  • Haven't used YouCam, sorry.

As for 6 vs 7, this clip, with the picture-in-picture object following another object in the background, I made in PD6. It is impossible to make something like this in PD7 right now. When you move the timeline slider in the motion tab of the PiP editor, the background video does not move, so you can't modify the PiP motion to match the background video.

If you need matched-movement PiP now, 6 is better. If you don't or if can wait for a fix, 7 is better.

  • Is PowerDirecotr 7 Ultra or Deluxe? Which You're having problem with? Is it Both of them? Cuz Im a bout to download 7 ultra

  • Ultra is the one I'm using, though if you look at Cyberlink's charts of what features are on which version, there aren't any differences between ultra and deluxe in the PiP area.

Mine's store bought, by the way. I'm old-fashioned that way.

  • What kind of software do you use to edit? The one you have purchased or just using free software? I only can edit with free software called movie maker.
