Sorry to say, 230 in 4th seems fine if t's a standard 240 or 260 getrag, and 3.45 diff...
My 320i with getrag 240 and 3.91 diff cuts 200 kmh in 4th, at revlimit 6400 rpm... (GPS speed.)

i have 3,25 in mine and i hit 200 @ 7k rpm in 4th. real speed, not meterspeed

LOL, i do have a 1:3,25 in my 335i.
In fourth gear you can speed up to 200km/h.
At this point, the rev limiter sets in.
If you do have a 3,45 you can reach 230km/h in 5th gear, not in 4th.
Ce n`est pas possible!!! ^^
