This is a robot kit from Inex (a Thai company www.inexglobal.com), which we have assembled. It is based on the 68HC11 controller and it is a copy (clone ?) of the MIT Handy board and it can be programmed in Interactive C. It has a three IR reflector, an ultrasound GP2D120 IR, two Encoder wheel detector, 2 motors.

The 68X11 Card (AX-11) has 32KB RAM, 9-digital inputs, 21-analog inputs, 4-DC motor driver, 6-Servo motor driver, 16x2 LCD module for displaying and RS-232 serial port interface.

It wasn't easy to buy it in Europe. Inex has expensive shipping charges as the French importer. It was simpler to import it from the canadian company Robotshop (robotshop.com).
