My name is Dru I'm a 26 year old who was way over weight and desided one day "I have to change this" so i set out to do so. But first some back story When i was younger I was in a vehicle roll over and was ejected from the car. slowly over the years my back has gotten worse and I'm unable to be as active as i use to be. I began to get depressed and ate lots of junk food,fast food and just lazed around.I swelled up to 325Lb in no time after that I had a heart attack scare and had to have my heart tested. Thats when I realized something had to change. unable to "work out" in the typical fasion I started off by just changing my eating habbits. No junk foods,fast foods,chickin and turkey instead of beef and pork,brown pastas,breads,rice, no sugar,no salt etc. my changes were small at first but as I progressed along I noticed I was shrinking alot my clothing was fitting looser my belly was alot smaller and I started feeling healthier.Todate i have lost 50 or so pounds (I think a little more as I havent checked in a while) But i'm going to keep at it and hopfully get to 250Lb in no time, I hope that this can inspirer atleast one person to change their life for the better because I'm glad I did!

I'm in the same boat, I use to be skinny all through my school/highschool years then once I hit mid 20's I gained a bit, now I'm 34 and I am atleast 30-40 over. so easy to gain, so tough to lose
