The Case is currecntly under lititgation, numerous owners who purchased property with a primary reason being direct access to the moody river and subsequently to the gulf are fighting to get the laid back....

So what is the status of the boat launch and the case between Meritage Homes/Association and Honc construction?????? Are they ever going to get it back and do you know that they have that land for sale advertising the boat launch etc that Meritage Homes built?????
