Burn over 100 calories in only 10 minutes. Do once a day if you are super busy or repeat 3-4 times for a full workout. Beginners can slow the movements down and leave the weights out. More advanced, try with the heaviest weight you can lift or a kettlebell.

This didn't seem that intense until I tried it.
I chugged like a gallon of water afterward.

Is there no video for intermediate/advanced people that doesnt include weights? I enjoyed your first video and am looking to move on, but do not have any weights.

well great video, i think its great to have a good overall body workout within 10 min, im a pt, and when a train people i make em do something similar for the first 5 min, before we start working with weights, once thing tho you count way too fast lol. nice vid 5/5
