Unions destroy our economy. If you want more money for your job, make a deal with Starbucks to work on COMMISSION. You will get paid for your actual WORTH. Ex: Cashiers and barristers take 10% of the till at end of night. That could actually work out to be way more than what you get hourly, and THE BETTER YOU WORK the more you get paid. We all win. Job security means economic destruction. Do a good job and it will be secure!

Obviously you know nothing about U.S. Labor history, if you did, you would know that all of our employee rights (such as the 8 hr day, minimum wage, and anti-child labor laws) are a direct result of workers organizing in unions. Sounds like to me that the Sbux Corp. has hired an online pinkerton.

Some of the comments on here are hella creepy. "Just get another job" or "stop complaining" is usually stuff I hear from uptight forty-somethings with cushy jobs. Honestly, do folks really think that just getting a new job is at all realistic right now? As if people should just sit be happy and thankful while their bosses treat them like scum and pay them dirt low wages.

If everyone at this store did not suck at customer service. But I do wish they would give y'all more hours by staying open past 8. This store sucks. Rude employees and bad hours. I would have fires all of you. Right to work state. Goodbye.

@revistbanana This store??? ooh I have heard stories about this store. I know baristas who have worked or covered shifts there, and they have no intention of making that mistake again. I have heard the work ethic and general attitude is awful. Hence, the bitching and moaning about the "horrible work conditions" in this video. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Plain and simple. Quit fucking it up for the rest of us.

the "proper chain of command" is now fired and what do you think for? The improper treatment of good honest hard workers and for probably being one of the world's most awful managers. Still think that they are lazy now that they are your coworkers. I am sure the those darling girls would enjoy knowing that you judged them a month and half before you even knew them.
