The key role of anti-Stalin propaganda in anti-communist propaganda in general is clear. The ultimate aim is to shake the confidence of the working class to press on with its historic mission and overturn the rotten and outmoded system of capitalist production. But it is becoming increasingly far-fetched and hollow.

Due to the workings of the monopoly capitalist system, which super-exploits the third world, certain nations (Honduras, Guatemala, etc, - http://www.mayaparadise.com/ufc1e.htm ignore the final 3 paragraphs!), are given over almost entirely to production of consumer crops (tropical fruit, coffee, etc.). They produce for a pittance, in order to satisfy the appetites of western consumers and make monopoly corporations (eg united fruit corporation, reborn as Chiquita) fabulous profits in the process.

The eastern block countries, which refused to enslave other nations, in the face of the imperialists virtual monopoly, often could not access these cash-crops in great quantities. And yet, they had all that they needed. They ate well, had cheap and good quality housing, free childcare, creche and public dining facilities, universal free education and healthcare, full employment and high material and cultural standards of life - without exploiting workers or other nations. Beggary, prostitution, drug dealing all these wonders of capitalism were unknown.

Such was the ideological disarming of the population by Khruhschevite revisionism, however, that coupled with the incessant propaganda of western imperialism, such shortages became source of grievance you cant even get bananas! Speak to West Germans about East Germany and this is even today one of the first examples of communist failure that they will blurt out, little realizing the full racist and pro-imperialist implications that underpin such reasoning.

CIA agents, during the counter-revolution, drove truckloads of bananas into the streets of Berlin and gave them away, to delirious crowds. Only now, can the populace really appreciate how cheaply they were brought; how cheaply they sold the gains so bitterly fought for and fiercely defended by previous generations of Workers to live as masters of their own destiny, free of exploitative relations, secure in their future and their children's futures.

The hard lessons of anti-revisionist politics are being learned, and communism as well as Stalin himself is rising in popularity throughout Eastern Europe and the world, to levels not seen since the 1950s. This is precisely why such anti-soviet lies, originating with the German NAZI imperialists continue to be peddled today by their natural successors, the US and UK imperialists, who fear above all things, that the working class and exploited nations will resume their world-historic mission, and settle accounts with the monopoly-capitalists once and for all.

Really, did you meet people who say socialism was far better in Poland? Well, I visit Poland on a regurarly basis and I didn't meet them. But anyway, what is the meaning of this statement? I watch people on this video who are denying the existence of GULAG deathcamps! Or say that the cleansing of soviet army before WWII was necessary to defeat Stalin! Well, does that proof that Polish want in majority socialism back as before 1989? Idiot fool.
