What a smug SOB. He just BARELY beat his competitor (Floyd) in the election. Floyd SUPPORTED school choice. Gee, maybe this smug SOB doesn't have the mandate he seems to think he does. If he wants to discuss distractions: How about the distractions caused at school by the thugs our kids have to go to school with everyday?
