@blueleadguitar I grew up when they were in the charts and, largely, dismissed them as a lightweight pop group. I did listen to some of their B sides and thought they were quite good, but , for some reason, never looked further. Their chart hits weren't to my liking, but I do feel that their light was very much hidden under a bushel. Probably by somebody else. Quite likely that the world missed out because of the marketing fancies of the day. Shame

Still have this on Vinyl.

One of the very best SWEET-songs ever !!! but only on LP... (Sweet Funny Adams 1973 !!!)

from 4:11 the song becomes totally different.

This track was/still is my favourite track, but 'Medusa' & 'AC/DC' are right up there too.
Agreed with you but 'No You Don't' could also have been a single. Fantastic vocals by SP.

@Karl036 I must concur :)

Remember getting this album as a Xmas present - disappointed at the time it had no singles on it and always thought Rebel Rouser should have been a single. Still have my original copy - great album

i wish i was born in 1945.. no particular reason though...
This is one of my all time favourite Sweet songs, I grew up listening to them, and I still listen to them. Such a fantastic and so underrated band

On "Sweet fanny adams" proved Brian, Andy, Steve and Mick impressively, what magnificent musicians off the hit machinery Chinnichap behind the name "The Sweet" stood. No matter whether "Set me free", "Heartbreak today", "No you don't", "Sweet F. A." or "Rebel rouser" - this album, produced with fat sound from Phil Wainman, is great fun gigantically and belongs to the best what Sweet ever did. 5 stars with rockin' greetings from Germany.
