@BubbleGumNipples - I think they were trained by other guys who a few years ago would have been more at home milking goats and tending to their families, hardly surprising they are not expert in making explosive devices. That said, the US and NATO, with all of that trillion dollar weaponology, still seem pretty good at laser targeting themselves with the smartest of SMART weapons. Makes ya think.
