Hey. What size is the motor?

I like it. It's got a real mean look to it.

Very nice truck. My step dad had (what I thought was) a '57 power wagon, but it didn't look quite like yours. It had the newer style ('58'59) front end, but with single headlights instead of duals. I've searched and searched and can't find an example. Apparently his was pretty rare as well as I've never seen one like it.

Very Nice truck - but GMC beat others to the punch for offering a civilian-available V8 4x4 in 1956 with a production line built GMC Suburban using a NAPCO manufactured Powr-Pak 4x4 kit running a Pontiac V8 - Pickups were also available. Chevrolet then started building trucks using the NAPCO Powr-Pak kit in '57, but were only available with a straight 6 at the start.

THE 1957 DODGE POWER WAGON WAS THE FIRST CIVILIAN PICK UP TRUCK IN THE 4X4 V8 OPTIONED LINE, NO OTHER TRUCK WAS MADE AS A CIVILIAN VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE POWER WAGON IN 57! AGAIN WITH BOTH ALL TIME 4X4 AND A V8 ENGINE....
