the best way to do that quest is cast frenzy on the marauder and then invisiblity on self then watch after the first person is dead its easy cuz the other person would be hurt badly

the quickest ones are the ones from the dark brotherhood when you get quests just to get your next quest, like "Welcome to the Family" quest. But its still very short.

It depends on your sword skill and str attribute, with my 100 and 100 strenght attribute sword skill it has 33 damage.
