  • what is the expiration date on the dressing once you made it?

  • @chauln Excellent question....but I'm not sure. We use it fairly quickly (within 2 weeks), so I've never really worried about it. If it concerns you, I'd suggest storing in the fridge. However, the olive oil will solidify from the cold, so you'd need to let it sit at room temperature for a while before each use, then. Of course, I'm no food safety expert, so for all I know that practice of "in and out of the fridge" may be even more dangerous. lol. sorry i'm not much help with this ;)

  • i just cant get over your lisp!! c:

  • you could cut the "teeth" off with a small sharp knife

  • I love to use Balsamic dressing but I opt to leave out the mustard. I also like to marinade shittaki mushrooms in the dressing and grill them for a few minutes before adding them to baby greens.

  • thanks ima use it at school. i like ur lisp
