He came out in the early '70's. I think there was an earlier version without the "life-like hair" but this one came out with the other "Adventure Team" Joe's.

1970 Talking Astronaut. Thanks for putting it on. That small mistake is not as bad as Ebay sellers who have no clue what they're selling! Buy a book if youre going to sell GI JOE stuff. Info is power!
