YM2612 Circuit - Polyphony

with the circuit, i'm supposed to be able to play 6 notes simultaneously. It has problems with the 6th consecutive note.

@BreakerNast There are, I think, 3 people who are working on interfaces. I have a working prototype, luis2048 is another and littlescale is working on a cartridge based one that utilizes the sega genesis console

im trying to emulate this via soundfont format on the fly by combining various simple waveform samples and filtering them properly... if you have an sblive/audigy/x-fi card check my profile

Just a thought, what's the initial state of Channel 6 at power up?

I'm sure you thought about this already but ch6 can also be disabled for FM use and used as a PCM channel, is it just set wrong?
