I change it, save it, and then re open it and it says welcome again, but i didnt do the batch files thingy, how do i do that exactly

Thank, but I founded the file in an other folder. The file is in the folder called "it-IT", because i'm italian and i've got the italian language.

but do u have to create the winstartup folder

what service pack do you have? and are you running 32 or 64 bit?

Window vista Home Basic Sp1 32 bit....what the problem? The case is, i can change the winlogon.exe.mui with the Reshacker and i paste it to system32\en-US like in the video. And i log off and it still display the "welcome" text and not the one i want. : (
