@diesect33 That should help. Unfortunately, I don't have the matching cab. I'm using a Hughes & Kettner Matrix 100 cab, but it still has Celestion RockDriver Ultra 65s or something of the sort. I want to get one of the nice H&K cabs, but those are like $1200 new and are few and far between used.

@ItsShredTime i thought it aounded pretty cool man. I'm having trouble getting the lead channels in the way i'd like but, they sound great. I think the speakers i'm running don't work well for this amp though. I'm looking at getting some good alnicos. I'm thinking WGS Blackhawk 100's. a pair of those in my 2x12 would probably sound killer.

@derHuckepackmann It very well can, but it depends on what you're running through it. This is the 6L6 model, but it was biased to run EL34s when I got it. I've put 6L6s in it to see how much more gain I could get out of it, but it was still biased for EL34s, so I probably didn't get the same sound out of it. I'm getting it biased for 6L6s soon though. Even with the EL34s in it, if you have a decent EQ, you can play pretty much anything with it.
I understand! I didn't mean to ofend in any way.well the egnater tour master and Reneagade I here are nice amps, there are a lot of nice budget amps out there! Im shure you will find the right one for you. I'm also glad that your taking music serious and heading in the right direction! wish you the best! " KeepRocken"

@Guitarman3348 Oh, no problem. I figure, the tourmaster is fairly cheap, and it's essentially an even more versatile version of a triamp. I haven't heard it in person, but I hope my local guitar center will get one in soon, so that I can try it out

@Guitarman3348 Ohhh.. A little harsh, but I can sense some sincerity. Nahh, I bought this myself, at a steal of $750. Back when I was still living at home, I had a crappy job and no bills, so I could spend my money on really whatever I wanted. I'm having some problems with it lately though. I was thinking of switching to an Egnater Tourmaster, and using this as a backup. I was quite the 'novice' here, and I've realized that recently and started lessons with a great instructor.

@ItsShredTime Oh, and I bought the guitar with my money as well. The only thing I didn't pay for was the cab, though it was the cheapest part of the setup
