Omaha Dancing Grannies

For the past 20 years, this enthusiastic group of grannies perform several times each year for various events. These grannies practice once a week almost year round to strive for their best performance. The only requirement for membership is that they can keep the beat. Their ages range from early sixties to early eighties! While they are at different levels of dancing, it's the the praise and smiles from children and adults of all ages that warm the hearts of the Omaha Dancing Grannies. The Omaha Dancing Grannies performed as a tribute to caregiving at Aging with Passion and Purpose 2009 Conference held at UNO. Immanuel Senior Living was among the sponsors of the two-day event.
