Great fun! Regarding your dog- you might want to counter-condition - reward the dog for alternative/incompatible behaviors when around the pig. Shape for calm/relaxed behaviors (if you can for a BC). I think by pairing up the presence of the pig with a reward when the dog is already heightened is going to classically condition an emotional response of really, really, really being interested in the pig. Just my two cents. Habituation might be another approach.
