Love On The Rocks~ Chapter 15

Nick-The.... The girl.... it's-!
Laila-Tiffany?!Wha- Why is she here with Joe?! She thinks he's a total geek! UGH!!!!
Nick-Calm down. Maybe they're here just to talk. (sees Joe and Tiffany in a passionate lip lock)
Laila-WOAH! UH.... THAT'S UH...... VERY FRIENDLY DON'T YA THINK???
Nick-Uh......
Laila-UGH! Nevermind forget him! I'm fine. I'm fine.
Nick-R U sure?
Laila-Yeah. You know, you're a really good friend.
Nick-Yeah..... friend.
*The rest of the night, Laila and Nick got to talk. One on one. A real talk. No lying or pretending to be somthing you're not. Laila- learned Nick wasn't a jerk, he was just mis-understood. He dosen't wanna be a jerk, it's just his bad boy rep that get's to him. He seemed really sweet and down to earth that night. And he didn't treat her like a piece of meat, or a prize. But as a real person. Laila actually thought he was a great guy.... and maybe she did have feelings for him?*
(Tiffany and Joe make thier exit. They don't see Nick and Laila because they left before Joe and Tiff.)
*Laila's P.O.V.*
Nick's driving me home right now. He really is a sweet guy. And a really great friend. We arrive at my house. Me and Nick are still in the car. there's an akward silence.
"So...." Nick said. I can tell he was alittle nervous.
"I guess this is goodnight." I said.
"Yeah." He said quietly.
We leaned in for a hug, but then we looked into each other's eyes and soon. our lips meet. Our one kiss turned into a passionate makeout. My hand is in Nick's curly hair. It's so soft. His hand is on my cheek. He begins to kiss my neck. Yeah, I enjoyed it. But then I noticed the light from Joe's car shine on Nick's car.
"Nick, Joe and Tiff are here." I said. He stopped kissing my neck and turned around. Joe was staring at us in his car. Tiff had already gone inside. I saw the hurt in Joe's eyes, the rage. I did feel bad for him... Me and Nick looked at him. It was sorta akward. I pulled back Nick's hair (cuz I messed it up sorta) and I kissed him on the cheek. I didn't do it to make Joe jelous, I did it cuz i really liked Nick. And I wanted to. We said goodnight. As soon as I got out of Nick's car, Joe pulled out of the driveway. I looked back and waved to Nick. Then he pulled out of the driveway. I go into the house. I see Tiff. She's watching VH1. A re-run of Flava of Love is on.
Laila-Hey.
Tiff-Hi.
Laila-So.... Joe asked you out?
Tiff-Huh? Yeah.
Laila-You actually said yes?
Tiff-Yeah. He's a really nice guy. And he is h-o-t cute!
Laila-Yuperz........
Tiff-I know this might be hard for you to take..... i mean... your sister dating your ex? Sorta like Joe's brother dating his ex...
Laila-Ok, how much is he paying you?
Tiff-He isn't payingme anything. I raelly do like him.
Laila-Haha! Sure. I'm not THAT dumb. You wouldn't date Joe if all the other boys had a severe case of pimples!
Tiff-Look, I'm not faking, I'm not dating Joe to make you jelous or anything. I..... I feel like I can open up to him. I feel like he understands me....
Laila-*sigh* Well... ok.... night.
Tiff-Night.
Laila-Wait, were's Scarlett?
Tiff-Soaking in her Kevin free chamber.
Laila-Oh boy.
*Jonas Home (happening same time as When Laila's talking to Tif)*
Nick-Wow........
Kevin-Dude, you got some lip gloss on ur lips....
Nick-Oh... hehe.
Kevin-I'm taking your "date" went well.
Nick-It went overly well. we made out for more than 10 minutes. Best 10 minutes ever.
Kevin-Ok. I get it.
Nick-So how mad is Joe?
Kevin-I dunno. He's in his room talking to himself. (4got 2 mention The Charleston's live next door to the Jonas's. Laia's had a deck (i dunno how u call it) insted of a window, so she likes to stay out there for a while when she has a good day. Joe's deck is across from Laila's. Before, she'd watch him lift weights. The gloss from his sweat was overly hott on his mussles. Yeah, she thought it was sorta creppy too. But Joe's room dosen't have any blinds. Go figure. Laila's out on her deck. But she isn't looking at Joe's window. She's looking at the stars and drinking some hot chocolate. She looks at Joe's side. He's coming out.... )
