they should start making 2d or first person metroid games again, these games are some of the best games i have ever played, other m was boring.

@Glameows First time I played Fusion, I jumped when I saw Nightmare's shadow moving in the background. And every encounter with the SA-X gave me a panic attack. Definitely a tense game.

1:05 I really like how the song mixes in2 a short tune from the original 1st Metroid. Although not actually the original from Super Metroid, still an awesome song!!

One of those most played songs when I play ssbm. Yep I still go back an play the game from time to time. Definately a classic.

*Kraid rises out of ground/acid and roars slashing at Samus while she fires a barrage of Missiles, Super Missiles, and Charge Shots. Kraid is angered, throwing little claw things at Samus, but she dodges smoothly and swiftly like a Panther chasing it's prey. Kraid roars out in defeat as Samus sends him plummeting down to depths from where he came.

@doowop537 I never thought it too weird. To me, the reason must be that they have strong naturally occurring armor which the missiles and lasers aren't strong enough to pierce. Shooting in the mouth (without getting too graphic hopefully) does damage to the inner tissue and possibly the brain of the enemy in question, instead of just fizzling out on the hardened scale of their body.

Hey... guys. Do you ever wonder WHY in Super Metroid why you have to shoot all the bosses' mouthes? For example, first boss in the game, Kraid. You shoot him in the mouth. The Spore Spawn thing. Guess what? You shoot him in the mouth. Crocomire or whatever his name is. You shoot him in the mouth. Whats up with that?
