Ready to go , work on 12 volts but not much power eventually i will put up to 36 volts for more Power and reduce the size of the carbon brush this will help too for initial friction of the engine,
just one battery will work the engine so i will make a step up DC 12 to 36 / 70 volts.
12 volt is not enough it work but the electro-magnetic field is not enough power full to flip the magnet
What size is the newman motor? What size magnets? how much coil? What does the rotor look like. What are the dimemsions of the whole motor? Do you have any pictures that you could show?

Hi no update beside i had to rebuild the magnet core of one of the engine who explode on me because of the extreme high speed with 36 volt , i knew it will happen with voltage more than 24 volt , so i'm on the process to make a stronger magnet core who withstand extreme speed.

you need much more wire in the primary coil
the original motor have 90 km of wire in the coil !!

That's a bit too much and both coil are use to turn the engine and on the bike i try to keep it as lite as possible, i don't look to use it for free energy device i use it for the power the engine itself won't charge back battery i don't design it for that but thank you for your comment
