3D animation movie of Robert Kubica's scary crash in 2011 Rally Ronde di Andora...
Robert will miss the season start, probably more but I'm sure he will be healthy soon and drive again in F1!!!
Kubica, who will undergo further surgery on Friday, is expected to miss the whole of the 2011 season but he told Gazzetta dello Sport: "I want to return this year.
"I am really determined to reduce the recovery time with a very defined programme."
Kubica had seven hours of surgery after he was airlifted to a hospital in Savona following the crash where doctors worked to reattach his right hand.
"The fingers work and so does the arm, I can feel them," he said.
"But I still have to undergo another operation and then I will know.
"I cannot move much right now. But I don't have much pain because I'm sedated.
"On Saturday I will be able to know what my condition is after I undergo the double surgery (arm and foot).
"Then there will be the countdown to begin preparation. I only have that in mind.
"I want to return stronger than before."
Alessandro Nannini: His injury is different to the one I had," the 51-year-old said. "His arm was not completed separated, and the nerves, tendons and muscles will grow back in just a matter of time. "For sure Robert will come back to racing," added Nannini

  • Robert Kubica is really an unlucky man...

In JAN 2012, he was planning to return Formula 1 as soon as possible because he thought he was a great driver. As he was preparing to return Formula 1, he had another accident.

As he was walking on his garden, he stepped on a piece of ice and broke his leg. He had some surgery. The doctors said that he must spend at least one month with plaster in his leg. We still don't know whel he'll return. I hope we'll recieve good news from him.

  • @Schreclassnach38 What i meant to say was I don't think he's that good either. Renault do seemed to have dropped alot since last year

  • Schrecklassnach38 Honestly, Senna can be good, but r

  • I was watching this up to 23 seconds and thought 'well this aint so bad' then the 24th second hit me....ahhhh crap

  • @back2frinky No, I just wanted to say they drive different cars and have different competition. But like i also said, when they were teammates, you could compare them better and Kubica was way better back then.

btw i don't think Bruno Senna is any better...

  • @Schrecklassnach38 How else would you compare them?!!! Anyway, I've read that Heidfeld has been dropped for Spa, to be replaced by Bruno Senna.

  • @back2frinky You cannot compare this that easy. But Kubica is way better than Heidfeld (You saw this when they were team-mates).

  • Glad he was ok, what a thing to happen when he was doing this for personal leisure...

  • @BrotherYounis How can you say Heidfeld is doing a better job? He has had one podium so far this year, third in Malaysia, whereas Kubica was on the podium three times last year. Kubica got 136 points from 19 races, which is 7.2 points per race. Heidfeld at the moment has 34 points from 11 races, which is 3.1 per race.

  • @back2frinky Yeah, the barrier failed totally. Lucky bastard, he is. Waiting for him to come to back to racing. Fingers crossed. Best regards from Poland. Greg
