@gogeta0064 Perhaps it was a release that was in another country...this is the only version I ever knew of...haven't heard a version with a slower tempo. Perhaps the batteries in "airdriver's" cassette player were wearing down and he was getting the distorted version... :~)...or his tape was warped...I don't know...(lol)

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!!!! This is has been my all-time favorite Newboys song since I first heard it back in 1993. So beautiful! And also so poingnant - the message is more revelant today than ever. Love ya forever Newsboys!
