This would only go for foreign websites.
So basically. This would give the US the right to attack any foreign nations sovereign rights and it's goods by taking down any website based outside of your country.

@dodgyplonk We can produce steel but can not compete. I do not know enough about copper to answer that question. The food part is 100 percent true and can be verified. We could be dependent on our own Oil but it would be too expensive. Also there would too many people in this country who would fight that idea. We produce so much food that a lot gets wasted, this part angers me. Many hungry could be fed. In part some of what you say is true but not becuase of supply.
