What's real and what's not, you have to pick one side only to fully understand it. There is no two likeness by the way; it is just ghost's account. Guy in white didn't kill the woman. The rapist did.

Nor did white guy killed kid's dad.

Just wondered what will happen to the kid?

Fantastic movie!

Using ghosts' point of view to let you piece together a complete story is a very unique and genius story telling. And what a wonderful tale it is!

The guy's wish for working in Union came true, but it's a sad end. Kid has to witness his dad's death and the woman's murder...

brilliant a call for social conscience and unification, a damnation of the man the puppet master, and a polemic for the future generation. I'm suprised hollywood hasn't tried to remake it.

I believe it's got something to do with corruption in the unions, and the apathy and greed of the younger generation...I think, then again maybe not. In any case, it's brilliant surrealist cinema. As you say, the story is very entertaining anyway.

After viewing this film twice I still don't have a handle on exactly what's going down but it's really entertaining..
