I saw this movie on tv about a year ago. It doesn't even have a wikipedia page lol. I think it should. Yeah, it's bad, but it's not that awful compared to most other movies of its genre.

Yeah, The Shooter may have copied this and hyped up the story line, but that doesn't mean it was any better.
Enemy Of The State was shit though, think Will Smith is over-rated as an actor!!
