Reviewed: Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

Originally uploaded on March 8 for Wiidude83's birthday, I took it down because of the framerate problem I saw on Youtube. If the framerate is still terrible I'll still leave it up, It's no excuse to keep you guys waiting anymore. I don't own anything.
Pros: Presentation is fantastic, opening is great, gameplay still refined, not too much backtracking.
Cons: It's not that challenging, not that much replay value except for collecting the other expansions, the action starts to slow down after the first part.
Personal faults: little to no stuttering, use of long cutscenes, I may have been a bit to judgemental on this one but to be honest I'm not a big Metroid fan although I still enjoyed this.

Would I need to played Prime 1 & 2 to understand the plot for 3? Or can I still have fun with it without playing the first 2?

you didnt really have to kep back tracking to the valhalla to complete the game..... you could just ignore that mission till you get all the necessary energy cells (which are a pain to find without the ships hints but the hints arent really necessary to find the sufficient amount)

Metroid seems awesome, like one of those series, to me, like Zelda and Halo combined (Just a little though) With the aliens, first person shooting, Samus looks left handed since the guns on her right (Links a left), I forgot the other reason for zelda...

And the fact when I heard of Samous was in Brawl, played her thinking she was a guy, got a smash ball, ooooh was I surprise to she she was a girl, I said "Wtf?!" I paused, looked at her, then said "Yep, thats a girl"

actually its not necessary 2 return 2 the gfs valhalla over and over. i only did it twice.

honestly i like this much more than U do. its my favourite wii game(if metroid prime trilogy doesn't count)

I thought MP1 was okay, MP2 was much better and MP3 was AWESOME! The whole beginning felt like one huge interactive cinema scene and I kind of see how cjszero01 liked the beginning but not much of the rest of the game, but I loved the whole game overall, I enjoyed interacting with the characters, the whole thing about developing the history and characteristics of Phazon, and the graphics are great, some of the gameplay controls are a little flawed but still really good
