Just a small comment on the "New York" accent. New Yorkers do not speak in that manner. It is rather close to some people in NYC and Jersey but not New York. NYC should never be confused wit the real state of New York which is not a city.

USA has tons of different accents and dialects, sometimes varying greatly from town to town in the various states.

It ALWAYS throws me when I hear black brits talk. I live in a city that is majority black so I gotta shift my brain a little. I'm from the mid-atlantic so I think we are accent experts ;) Your southern accent was the best of the three :) I'm near New York so my ears were bleeding when I heard your new york accent...still needs work.
