  • @TurtleKnife Ok sure, im not gonna argue with you. Im sure you dont want to really be educating any player beyond these limits. Keep up the limping and calling people and stay where you are for the long term. Be aggressive and know when to slow down, thats the key to moving up. Good advice in the video but nothing to help a player move up and mix up his play

  • @Seanyboyh I see. So an bigger bankroll would not help you move up a level?

  • I play a bit above the limits this video is talking about and have to disagree with his theory on not being aggressive. Limping and calling is rampant at this level and its so exploitable. Be aggressive but you just gotta know when to back off

  • @Seanyboyh I think you are one of the guys we are talking about in this video. ;-)

  • I'm so aggressive I reraised myself all in once and I had to fold against me.

  • Great video, very original with The Big Labowski

  • I noticed in all these free roll tournaments, I tried being aggressive, hit top pair on the flop, non threatening, raise get called, turn is a blank, I go all in thinking aggressive works......and I get called by a flush draw. He hit his flush.

I do believe you are correct good sir.

  • Also I notice in that hand that your AF is 5.5 which is incredibly high. Does this mean that you were connecting with every flop... orr are there indeed some situations when aggression is more profitable than passivity at these limits.

  • i dont understand your min reraises. take the AJ hand, if he has 7-2 and you have AA ur giving him 4-1 and he should call. im not going to argue with ur results, because clearly you've been profitable. I just don't understand that at all. ur only connecting 1/3 of the time(and u just give up the rest of the time?), yes that guys got a vpip of 39%/26%pfr, so a bigger raise gets rid of his weaker holdings as well as getting more value on ur strong hand if we think he'll always call w say ace-rag.

  • im such a n00b at poker lol

i've only started to look into it and i rly want to learn but even here, a nice video but i wasn't getting much from it lol

  • Thanks for the vid, Marty! I've been so pissed of at these players at certain times, you wouldn't believe it.. I finally tried playing passively, and it it helped me knock out a few of'em, and eventually make some money out of it as well.

    Thanks again!

    Best regards from Norway

  • very good video marty !

    as always :D

and i agree with you about the this strategy , its really the only strategy who works at the 1$ sng up to 10$ .

i think i a bit more agressive then you but maybe because i am playing 12 tables at a time :)

  • @TurtleKnife I thought they were quite better at the $10 + SnG's but judging from this video, there are still a whole lot of idiots out there :-)

Can you name me the software that you're using (that I don't understand for one bit) and tell me the costs to use it?

You play very solid tight and smart in my opinion.

  • nice video. Turtleknife for president. Free tips and videos yet ppl complain. Idiots who have something to say ask yourself this.. How much time have you spent to offer strangers free advice on something. Go look at turtleknifes stats and compare them to yours. My guess is that you are the loser

  • love it
