Welcome to the Waterloo Call Center Simulation at the Acton School of Business. In this hands-on simulation, students are charged with the task of designing and planning a new call center for Acton National Airways. The call center is responsible for flight reservations, flight status and car reservations. Most plans look good on paper, but the challenge really comes when you put it into practice. Whose plan has what it takes to win?
