It's a Chinese lullaby sung to "bao bei"s by their mothers. YT-search "wo de bao bei zhang xuan" and click on the secong option I believe; it should be a lyric video that has the English and the pinyin (sounds). It's very soothing, no?

I love this song. My sub in chinese played it for us and I love it. I thought at first bao bei meant baby... but it's treasure. But it's translated into baby because a baby is its parents treasure... or something like that.
