@videla007 Yes you are right, very "Dead Can Dance"ish, but this part of the movie wasn't what I intended to indicate. It was the part where they refuge to the outskirts of town after being chased by the population of the town. Thanks for the reference though.

unfortunately I discovered this song from probably the worst sequel ever... S. Darko. At the scene this was played I started crying, not because the scene was sad but just how beautiful the song was. Naturally I had to find the name of the song and luckily I did now :)
