Kristin Purdy doing a Lower Body workout while being coached by Molly Galbraith. She definitely has some form issues we are still working on... but this was our first time workout out together and she hit several PR's! She is brutally strong and will continue to get stronger as she fixes her form issues. GREAT WORK Kristin!
