Audrey Rose sings 7 songs, 19 months old, completely blind

This video is for all parents of infants born blind, and anyone who would like to see the potential of a child born completely blind with severe heart disease. Audrey has had 9 operations, the last being 11 1/2 hours of open heart surgery. She also can not drink thin liquids and can not chew food.

However, this video shows Audrey singing several songs, that she learned just by us singing to her. No drills, no tape recordings, just her parents and brothers having fun singing. Amazing after all she's been through.

There IS hope.

We will always continue to hope for a miracle in technology so she doesn't need any more heart operations and for some kind of camera to allow her to see, and for a financial windfall to allow us to give Audrey some meaningful experiences in her life.

Audrey, now 4 (2011) , has had 10 operations including 3 open heart surgeries. There is still no hope for her to see as she has no eyeballs, and dad can work, staying home to attend to our little Angel and our new 1 year old sister for Audrey. Audrey is very social and especially likes to sing songs, and has even written her own 'coffee' song which she actually wrote at 2 years of age!
