    One of the great advantages to Ncomputing is the fact there is only one OS. Its really very simple. So to answer both questions there is no clear advantage or reason to use a virtualization enabled processor.

    No video card is required. Each terminal is running of a remote session. A session gets no acceleration from the host machines graphics card.
