It's a PC game in the Megami Tensei (megaten) series.
It's not well know, unlike the other games, I can't seem to find any walkthroughs or in-depth reviews, it seems to be inferior to the other games, maybe because it is on PC/W329x and not consoles.
Most reviews are somewhat unfavorable. However, I think it's prob. around the same level as SMT I and II for SFC/PS1/DS.
