@ginaluv3613 Just check out Large Capacity Intensive Care Ambulance on here and around the net. They are more common than you think. Its nothing magical or weird, just a sensible reaction to the threats of today. Dubai has ambulances even bigger than this one with X-ray equipment on-board. In my opinion I think they're pretty cool and would be damned happy to see one if bad things ever happened.

Its an ambulance for when something bad happens which involves loads of people being moved to somewhere not bad. Thats what ambulances do, this is just a great big one. Jesus Christ you conspiracy nuts really do take me to the fair
