well, since brain cells start dying off from the day you're born and don't grow back, then obviously a child has more potential for lerning
also its refering to how a computer as complex as a human brain would be better because it operates at 3Ghz not 200Hz because brains dont come with a wall-socket charger
thus logicaly this brain could design a brain more efficient than itself that a human brain wouldn't even be able to comprehend, let alone build
that is the meaning of smarter children

Im making a documentary with it... A process that takes time.. I will be putting out a video within a month or so using lots of the footage . Dedicated to Ai... Mind you this is a lot of work and I don't make a dime from it.
