I'm a tech and we had a patient complain that they couldnt't remember to take their meds....umm what are we supposed to do for you? I swear they were trying to get us to call them everyday to remind them. People have no sense of personal responsibility! lol

I think what's better than not knowing how many prescriptions they are picking, but rather, they call in for a bunch of refills, and have no idea what the medication is for. That's sad! LOL

Thank you for leaving CVS. We love to send all our crappy customers to other pharmacies. She's probably been paying that amount every month for the last year. If you hate the service..........then stop going there
