you probly dont have the camera set to record at 720p? if you do then im sorry i cant help :( i dont have this phone anymore

Altough its youtube you can see its great quality, man Im selling my iphone 3G to buy this one! Oh btw, is this machine slow? Like when you have tons of apps, does it slow your phone?

it wasnt acting slow when i used it but i couldnt tell you if it was slow with many apps running because its my uncles phone (as i said in the description) and you will have some luck....
