Gary Engelman is a fake, perverted, and a predator. Seriously, please take caution.

@LymeNurse The ironic part is my Dr specializes in lyme disease and lupus, but even after going over my symptoms does not believe I have it. Within a week of seeing my rash, I was treated for a few weeks with doxycycline, and they believe that cured whatever I might have had. Even though 10 years later I have fibromyalgia symptoms and just unexplained feeling "odd". I do believe I am lucky as in having spotted it early and getting the anit biotics immediately. But they did not kill all of it.

@094340 I don't know about burned at the stake. Many of them become Lyme Literate when either a Loved one or even they get Lyme themselves. Def. needs to be more researched.

@VASINGER You got it correct. PANDEMIC.. Stress brings it out. I believe many are exposed and the immune system keeps it at Bay until Heavy Stress (good or bad) hits you. Anything that tilts the immune system can let this beast of of an illness out. My theory based on surveys of perhaps a thousand cases.

@094340 There are mainstream Drs who ended up with chronic lyme.. but when they realize the truth, they leave the mainstream and many end up as Lyme Drs..

@VASINGER following the rules and procedures of a long entrenched, profit motivated cultish organization. Most docters are not healers. Most doctors have no interest in any new health paradigm. They want to stay the course and want nothing to rock the boat. But the times they are a changin and they are being recognized as the fools that they are more and more. As long as BigPharma is in control we are all subject to the folly that is the modern medical machine. Trust a doctor at your own risk.

@VASINGER Although I realized it long before I contracted Lyme most people who are infected with Lyme come to the liberating and disillusioning revelation that most doctors are worthless with regard to disease. When it comes to trauma and/or emergency situations they rank at the top but not for degenerative diseases. In fact they should be burned at the stake for the gross lack of understanding of the disease process be it Lyme or otherwise. They are misinformed robots that are simply....cont
Hello !
I would like to know if you have retranscribed this interview. I'm a french student and I do my thesis on Lyme disease. It's a little bit difficult for me to understand everything that Dr. Burgdorfer said. If you have written the interview, is it possible that you give me a copy of it ? And can I use for my study ?

Hey Gary thanks for the posting. It's difficult to make out what he is saying but it's still well worth listening to. A shame he is in the declining years of his life or I bet he would still be researching and investigating all things Lyme related. That his "doctors" treat his potential Lyme with disregard comes as no surprise. I find it amazing that haven't heard of 1 mainstream Dr. who has contracted chronic Lyme. Hate to say it but we need a few "experts" to contract Lyme to know our plight.

@094340 Trust me, it is happening. Many of our LLMD's either got sick themselves or one of their loved ones did, hence their switch from GP to LLMD. There are the Skunks that got into it for the money, but they will have their judgement day as well.
