My first movie review in quite some time, and today it's of another Pixar film, Cars. I chose to review this film to commemorate the release of Cars 2 later this month...well, sort of.

  • are you going to review cars 2?

  • @lemo1212 Yes.

  • Wait whats ur favorite pixar film?

  • @Cody5294 Up.

  • Why are you reviewing this film as if it was meant for adults? it's clearly a film for children, so who cares if the plot/story was in your opinion crap, kids don't care, just as long as they have fun and it's colourfull

  • @LyriKal0011 Because it came from a studio that produce family films, that can be enjoyed by adults and children, that being Pixar. I judge it as a Pixar film, and to that standard it fails. (This is all my opinion, of course)

  • You know what's kind of funny? Lauren Faust took something that should never have really worked as quality material in the form of My Little Pony, and created Friendship is Magic, which has one of the most interesting and varied casts of characters in any cartoon ever and their developments and conflicts with one another were really interesting.

So if Lauren Faust can take shit and turn into gold with MLP, why couldn't Pixar of all people do it with talking cars? It baffles me.

  • THE STORY SHOULD BE CARS DRIVING PEOPLE OFF CLIFFS LOL

  • Your hilarious man, and I think they did have a black car it was a low rider and talked street. I did like the tiny bit of heart the film did have with that small town kinda feel and the town cop they accidentally gave some depth to. This films sequel flipped virtually every element if the first film on it's head.

  • Never mind your up reveiw was your first video I watched now I'm surfing through your other ones.

  • i put cars at the bottom of my pixar films and cars 2 is a little higher

  • @195Chez I have an entire review dedicated to it, so I won't elaborate on it too much here.

  • I persoanlly loved cars and do think it has an emotinal depth to it.

As for cars 2, it was pretty good, but not great.

  • Could you do a toy story 1 and 2 review?
