Nick Drake - Northern Sky (Cover)

I wanted to do my own version of this song. I learned the original with the BEBEBE tuning, but it buzzes on my guitar so I came up with my own version in standard tuning, and I'm liking it a lot. I hope you do too.

Oh yeah and yes I realized after the fact I messed up the first line of the song. I guess no song I do is perfect ;-P

Holy shit dude. I'm not gonna lie. Saw you and assumed a bad rendition of a great song. However, this is easily the best cover of this song on YouTube.You're not the best singer that has covered this, and not the best guitarist that has covered this, but your voice captures the simplicity, emotion, and most importantly, YOUTH, that makes Nick Drake who he is. That coupled with solid guitar playing and a pretty tone makes a great Nick Drake cover. This cover is legit.
