@Sandra123064 Very observant. I never noticed how his left arm swings out till now, but I'm sure it is a balance thing. He kicks his legs the highest too, so that probably causes his arm to move or swing that way--noticed a few other dancers' arms do that swing thing too. I was so focused on his high leg kicks. And he was an exceptional dancer--Gregg Burge. He also does a phenomenal solo tap dance routine in the 1980's Sophisticated Ladies musical - "It Don't Mean a Thing" number. It's on YT.
